Navagen Products Private Limited is manufacturer of different types of Gel based Icepacks / Coolant Packs (both in Pouch and HDPE Containers) falling under the category of packing materials and also provides solutions for maintaining cold chain of temperature sensitive products. Our customers are from Pharma, Food, Marine and Fisheries Industry.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The Gel used in Icepacks / Coolant Packs are prepared from the salt of cross-linked polymers and filled in LDPE Pouches or HDPE Containers and sealed. The raw material used for the gel preparation in its dry form is a powder of crystalline structure. Upon swelling with water, it yields a gel-like suspension. The polymer is mainly insoluble in water.
